Can I be hypnotised?
Yes. Hypnosis is a natural state that your body already knows. In the session, all that is needed is your willingness to be guided into the experience.
What is the difference between QHHT and Online Quantum Hypnosis?
QHHT is offered in person on the Sunshine Coast. Online Quantum Hypnosis takes place remotely. Both sessions access deep hypnotic states and allow for guidance, insight, and healing. The main difference is the setting.
How long does a session take?
QHHT and Online Quantum Hypnosis usually last around 5 hours. It is best to keep the rest of your day free for integration.
Do I receive a recording?
Yes. You will receive a recording of your hypnosis session afterwards.
How do I prepare for a hypnosis session?
After booking, you will receive all preparation details. In general, it helps to come with an open mind, clear questions, and a willingness to be guided through the process.
Can sessions be done for children or if someone is physically unwell?
In some cases, sessions can be done on behalf of someone else through a surrogate session. If you’re considering this for a child or someone who is physically unwell, it’s best to reach out so we can discuss what would be appropriate in your specific situation.
What can I bring to a Clarity Session?
You can bring a situation, pattern, relationship dynamic, or decision that feels unclear. The session is designed to help you see clearly what is going on and how to move forward.

Clarity Sessions are offered online.
How long is a Clarity Session?
A Clarity Session lasts 60 minutes.
Can I reschedule my session?
QHHT and Online Quantum Hypnosis sessions can be rescheduled up to 7 days in advance. Clarity Sessions can be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance. If something unexpected comes up, such as illness or an urgent situation, you can reach out and we will find a solution.
What is your rescheduling and refund policy?
Each session is a dedicated time we both commit to. QHHT: A 200 AUD deposit is required to secure your session and is non-refundable. The remaining balance is refundable up to 7 days before your session. Online Quantum Hypnosis: Full payment is refundable up to 7 days before your session. Clarity Session: Full payment is refundable up to 24 hours before your session. Rescheduling: QHHT and Online Quantum Hypnosis sessions can be rescheduled up to 7 days in advance. Clarity Sessions can be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance. If something unexpected comes up, such as illness or an urgent situation, you can reach out and we will find a solution. After the session has taken place, payments are non-refundable.
