Hi! I'm Norina!

My name is Norina Bramke, and I’m the founder of One Light Healing. I am a fully accredited QHHT® Level 2 Practitioner (Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique℠), BQH Practitioner (Beyond Quantum Healing), and Spiritual Coach. My work is devoted to helping people access the deepest parts of their consciousness - for profound healing, insight, and personal empowerment.

What truly moves me is depth. Deep conversations. Deep understanding. The kind of depth that touches the heart and brings lasting clarity. I’ve always had a hunger to understand the world - inside and out - and to see with clear eyes. That longing lives at the core of everything I do. If you know me, you’ll know that I naturally guide people with both heart and clarity. I don’t just walk beside you as a practitioner - I walk with you as a guide, a companion, and sometimes, a mirror.

I meet people at eye level. I see from the heart, not the mind. And from that place, I know that every one of us holds the wisdom we seek within. The tools I use - QHHT®, BQH, and Spiritual Coaching - are simply ways to reconnect you with your own inner knowing.

Since I was a child, I’ve been drawn to the mystical and the mysterious: esoteric knowledge, ancient civilizations, nature, science, the stars, and the great unknown. That curiosity has shaped my entire life. I hold a Master’s degree in Art History with a minor in Psychology, and a teaching degree, and I’ve spent many years traveling the world, both outwardly and inwardly - exploring landscapes, cultures, and realms beyond the veil.

Other dimensions, star beings, higher beings, parallel realities, and everything else we call “supernatural” - these are all deeply familiar to me. They are part of the terrain I walk in my work and in my life. But to me, what matters just as much is bringing all that cosmic wisdom back down to Earth - into the body, into the now, into your life.
